Fair maidens, with your purses full of perfume pulls and finally
At ready, yet, you can't quite bear to step and take it readily,
Come quickly lest the words fall short or fingers lose adrenaline,
For nothing says let youth adore like yearning now where never been.
Don't gasp, but blush, let blemish burn your skin as new intoxicant,
And give it all to scarlet pall, your pulsing blood's new occupant,
For never fear whatever's near enough to set your eyes alight
And hold your ground, don't make a sound, and never let the love get flight.
To Rome with lies, to London's call, let fires set you trembling,
In action hear the lofty screech of nails in remembering
The present times give plight to life yet lived in such a panicked pace
Keep up, keep straight, and never true, and you might live to bear the race.
If ever it can steer you wrong, look instead to all the stars
That glimmer in ecstatic glimpse of what it's like to be so far
Away from form, embrace the full extent of what the city thrusts
Into your arms, with youthful charm, the price of such enticing musts.
You have your friends so close at hand, the only place they're dangerous,
With vicious claws and selfish paws they think in terms of what's for us,
So never, when you sleep at night with one eye on the turn of tides,
Forget the way the pick and play, and where your true heart still resides.
In Rome, in stone, where gentle breeze is romance pure and steadily
Gives breath to girl in, sudden swirl takes to the life quite headily,
Where touch and take are loving slake and cause of such adrenaline,
So come at once and take your time in places where you've never been.
